I like some types of cars more than others; have built a special "art rod" car, built a 2.9km race course, and written the book "One Off." Raced the '63 Targa, 500km de Spa, and 1000km at the Nurburgring; and a Silverstone club race. Distantly involved in highway efficiency/safety issues, and Libertarian politics. Ran the first Historic Targa and a couple others, the first San Remo historic rally, the last two Coppa d'Italias, and several more historic rallies since. We've also ourselves put on 3 touring rallies in the USA.
