Spaces are still available for the Masters Test Day at Donington Park. A great chance to blow-away the winter cobwebs and shake-down your car before the season starts. It’s £325 per car, a ‘noisy’ day at Donington and will be run in sessions. You do need your current 2011 race licence to take to the track – give us a call today to confirm your slot!

It’s time to dust off your overalls and come racing this Saturday - entries are still available throughout the grids. If you are planning to join us please let us know ASAP! Don’t forget that this race meeting is being televised by Motors TV for a 60-minute programme to be shown on 8th April – all entrants will receive a souvenir DVD of the coverage. We’re running the races for Gentlemen Drivers (80 min), World Sportscar Masters (45 min), Pre-66 Touring Cars (60 min), 1970s Celebration (30 min) and Formula Ford 1600 (15 min) less

Moreno, who raced for Lotus, AGS, Coloni, EuroBrun, Benetton, Jordan, Minardi, Andrea Moda and Forti during his time in F1, will share Masters prime-mover Ron Maydon’s Mini Cooper S in the Pre-66 Touring Car race at the historic Cheshire circuit. Moreno was a spectator at the recent Masters track days at Goodwood and has been keen to race with the historic motor racing promoter ever since. Top Hat Event Manager James Beckett said: “We really are delighted that Roberto wants to come and race with us. His enthusiasm is just incredible and I am sure that we will see him doing a lot of racing with us this season. He has his eyes on a Formula 1 car, but the Cooper S will be something very different for him at Oulton Park and I am sure that he will be very competitive. Dutton will share his Lotus Cortina with renowned engine builder Neil Brown in the Pre-66 Touring Car race at Oulton Park on Saturday March 12th as part of the Top Hat Raceday at the Cheshire circuit. Dutton, a former front-runner in Formula Ford 2000, last raced in a Talbot Sunbeam celebrity race at Snetterton in 1980 but has since built up Fortec Motorsport into a leading team in Formula 3, Formula BMW and Formula Renault. Brown has only raced once before: his one and only outing was in a Formula Ford 1600 car at Snetterton in 1974 and will share the car with Dutton in the 45-minute race. “Richard is the quick one,” said Brown, “but I am looking forward to driving it at Oulton Park even though I have never raced there.
